This phase often involves collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that the instructional materials are aligned with learning objectives and instructional strategies.

Based on the evaluation results, instructional designers can make any necessary revisions to the instructional materials.
